The Wind in the Willows

In this toad-ally awesome production, the Playhouse stage becomes the much-loved world of Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows.

When Mr Mole pokes his nose out of his hole one fine spring morning, he can’t imagine what’s in store. He soon meets the stalwart Water Rat, stern Mr Badger, and a cast of colourful characters, including none other than the magnificent Mr Toad of Toad Hall!

But Toad’s gone head over heels for shiny motor cars, and it could land him in a whole heap of trouble. Especially when there are a bunch of unscrupulous weasels about, with their beady eyes on his precious Toad Hall…

Dancing gyspies, bustling washerwomen and a long-suffering horse join the adventure.

Directed by Brent Caldwell with original songs by Danny Still, Dylan Shield and James Adams.
